The Alghanim Industries Academy Program is a full-time job opportunity tailored for talented Kuwaiti nationals that are looking to jumpstart their career journey.
Over a six-month period, our candidates will have the opportunity to identify and develop their core strengths within a multi-national organization that operates across a multitude of sectors. They will work on-site and off-site on specialized assignments and case studies to meet KPI’s and objectives, concluding with a final project to be delivered to our management.
Successful completion of the program will result in a promotion to the next level within the organization, where candidates can go further and unlock their full potential.
