Key Responsibilities

  • Approve Service Contracts / Sales Order in SAP
  • Finalize the Billing activities
  • Journal entries and general ledger postings
  • Support the Accounting Supervisor on monthly book closure activities.
  • Initiate Credit approval process.
  • Assist in yearend book closure and Internal / Annual Audit.
  • Reconciliation of Inter/ Intra company accounts
  • Assist in RMC testing process.
  • Release daily and weekly sales reports

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent with 2+ year’s relevant experience in accounting.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Experience with ERP systems - preferably SAP
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
