Job Summary

We are hiring an administration officer to work with the government and health representatives to ensure our store and staff are compliant to the government requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Effectively represent company interests to government bodies and representatives and initiate and maintain relationship channels.
  • Follows up with government bodies on progress of company requests, communications, invitations, meetings, that relate to company interests. 
  • Meets with members of government and attends government functions as a representative of the company.
  • Maintains and updates Visa files as and where required ensuring correct quotas and general adherence to Kuwait Immigration and Labour Laws

  • Manage the Baladiya Health Card renewals for over 500 employees
  • License renewals for existing stores
  • Obtaining Baladiya license for stores
  • Obtaining Fire license for stores
  • Obtaining visa for employees from relevant embassies

Candidate Requirements

•    2 – 3 years of work experience
•    Knowledge of MS Office solutions (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•    Knowledge of SAP (Preferred)
•    Good communication skills in Arabic and English – Verbal & Written
•    Must be reliable and dedicated and flexibility to work additional hours as business requirements dictate. 
•    Willingness to accept additional assignments. 
•    Can work under pressure
•    70 %  Field work required. 
•    Ability to respond during emergency at the time of public holidays or weekends.
