Job Summary

Supporting various aspects of Compensation and Benefits operations within the organization. This includes conducting analysis for salary and benefits changes, performing job analysis and evaluation, managing position specifications, assisting in review cycles for salary increments and bonuses, handling enrollment and deletions in medical plans, addressing queries related to compensation and benefits, and providing operational support to the Rewards team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conducting promotion analysis by reviewing requests for changes in salary and benefits, ensuring accuracy of data, obtaining necessary approvals, and identifying any inconsistencies with company policy.
  • Conducting job analysis and evaluation using methodologies like Korn Ferry to determine the value and level of new positions and communicate the results within the C&B team ensures alignment and clarity in job roles and hierarchies. 
  • Reviewing specifications of position creation requested roles and create position on system TH.
  • Provide support during merit review cycles include assisting in the salary increment and bonus review process by compiling and verifying necessary data such as annual earnings and bonus eligibility. This is essential for ensuring that compensation decisions are based on accurate and up-to-date information. 
  • Provide support in managing employee enrollment and deletions in group medical plans, including validating employee eligibility. This helps in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the company's benefits programs. 
  • Assisting employees and HRBPs with inquiries related to compensation and benefits matters in line with the company policies and procedures to provide accurate and timely responses. 
  • Provide support to rewards team in day-to-day activities to ensure smooth delivery of HR services to the business. This may involve various tasks such as data management, reporting, and administrative support. 

Candidate Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
  • Strong analytical skills for conducting data analysis and job evaluations.
  • Understanding of compensation principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools for managing compensation and benefits data.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees, HRBPs, and other stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data management and analysis.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive compensation and benefits information.
