Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Executive primary role is to assist the QA Manager to implement, maintain and improve Al-Ghanim Food & quality system. Excellent organization and communication skills are required. Must be able to work effectively with all Food and Beverage staff. QA Executive will work closely with the support office Team and Store Operation team to support the Food and Beverage Food Safety System implementation.
Responsibilities
- Keeping and recording all the quality records and procedures.
- Support the QA manager to ensure that all quality procedures are implemented, maintained, and complied with the Alghanim F&B brands standard as well as the international requirements
- Auditing Alghanim F&B stores based on Alghanim Food Safety Checklist and auditing plans.
- Support the operation team with the quality assurance requirements and training on any of the new QA standards.
- Handling the pest control visit plans and activities with outsource company and ensure that pest control procedure is implemented and maintained in all of Alghanim F&B stores.
- Coordinate with the laboratory the required analysis based on the defined plan also taking the required corrective and preventive actions.
- Sending Weekly and monthly reports of the quality department to operation team and operation leaders.
- Working side by side together with training department to establish the quality assurance training plan and ensuring that this plan is implemented.
- Monthly Product Evaluation on Food and Beverage Product Range based on the product evaluation plan.
- Able to handle any other tasks required to support the QA department to achieve the company goals.
Education
Bachelor of Business Administration, or any related field.
