Alghanim Academy - Service Engineer, Automotive (Full-time opportunity)

Job Summary

The Service Engineer will be responsible for enhancing customer service in After Sales by improving workshop operations, quick service operations and providing technical advice when necessary

Job Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to gather detailed information about their vehicle concerns, ensuring a clear understanding of their issues before starting diagnostics or repairs.
• Provide clear and understandable explanations to customers regarding the work performed, including any necessary repairs or future maintenance recommendations, to ensure transparency and build trust.
• Proactively follow up with customers post-service to ensure their satisfaction, address any lingering concerns, and reinforce the service center's commitment to quality and customer care.
• Assisting in preparing the technical reports to be submitted to the manufacturer if needed.
• Developing a good level of communication by ensuring that explanation of the work done or required to be done is well understood by Service Advisor, Foreman, other staff, and customers.
• Undertake great effort to improve efficiency by providing constructive inputs regarding work methods, work environment, tools, and equipment, etc.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
