Job Summary

To build and maintain strategic business relationships brokers and working closely with the technical department as he will be a key link in enabling growth through generating leads, partnerships, and business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for the broker’s channel.
- Proactively manage the relationship process and strengthen the business relationship with key brokering partners.
- Responsible for profitable growth of business – all lines; achieving pre-assigned targets.
- Facilitate broker’s understanding of underwriting appetites and capabilities and act as point of access for broker enquiries.
- Develop marketing activity to achieve the target of brokers channel in line with company's underwriting guidelines and R/I Treaty Limits.
- Interact on a regular basis with the reporting line manager on areas for improvement and implementation of action plans to drive broking sales and increase services performance.
- Proactively provide market feedback to the underwriters on trends and on changing requirements of clients/brokers.
- Manage and renew existing accounts and following up collection of premiums with cooperation of the brokers.
-Enhancing Enaya’s image in the market by providing an excellent level of service and maintaining excellent working relationships with assigned brokers.
-Responsible for achievement of agreed upon yearly sales target figures & performance goals / objective.
-Maintain & develop s portfolio of existing and new, client accounts to ensure renewals and maximize profitability through daily account management.

Candidate Requirements

•Experience: Min 8+ years’ work experience.
•Must have more than 5 years’ experience in Insurance Industry & specifically Kuwait Market.
•A proven track record of Underwriting or Development role in industrial / specialty insurance business
•High level of drive and determination.
•A working knowledge of our competitors' products and services.
•An Excellent understanding of brokers best practices.
•A detailed knowledge of the segment’s products range.
•Influencing & negotiation.
