 JOB SUMMARY

(Brief about the existence of the position)

 

  • Billing of Running jobs, Taxation Matters          
  • Candidate should understand Tax structure of  jobs booked;
  • Payment terms and takes care of billing of High Tonnage running jobs in close coordination with different verticals Viz PMG, Shipping and Indirect Taxation.

 

 KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 (Primary duties)

 

  • Billing of Mega jobs, IT TDS and WCT follow up, accounts keeping,
  • Reconciliation and follow up of receivables.
  • Additional Responsibility to undertake other departmental works like, issuing Bank Guarantees, LC documentation etc.
  • Preparation of MIS reports with regard to sales forecast, order intake, sales quotes and other related activities, while co-ordinating with the sales team.
  • Total administration of sales office including maintenance of files, records, documents and liaison with various agencies, customers and government bodies from time to time.

 ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  (Apart  from regular activities )

 

  • Customer relations management and customer service.

  • Must be thoroughly proficient in using MS Office especially EXCEL
