Job Summary

Play a key role in providing critical technical expertise and execution skills to facilitate website and mobile marketing campaigns. Incubate new capabilities that will be adopted by the business to scale over multiple channels covering Website, App and Mobile Web aligned with the needs of the customer to ensure simple and intuitive and rich customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

•    Support in Execution of end to end marketing and visibility plan covering SEM (adwords / affiliate), app, website, mobile web, social media, e-mail newsletters, SMS, press releases, app notifications and other marketing channels
•    Conducting various data analysis for elevating our eCommerce capabilities and services 
•    Take on miscellaneous tasks throughout kickoff, discovery, development, and pilot phases of projects as needed
•    Document notes while testing things & other stakeholders to address as needed
•    Manage a small team responsible for web development, testing and QA of email campaigns to ensure accurate and error-free execution of links, content and targeted assets across desktop and mobile platforms.
•    Handle cross functional projects, being a specific touchpoint across all channels of e-commerce journey (sales, logistics, supply chain, IT etc )
•    Continually enrich UI & UX by identifying and driving new feature additions and improvements on website as well as app
•    Ensure continual SEO optimisations

Candidate Requirements

•    Min 4 - 5 years’ experience
•    Strong attention to detail
•    Proven track record of successfully overseeing a variety of projects
•    Ability to identify and drive continual process improvements
•    E-commerce background with knowledge on e-commerce platform such as Magento / similar
•    Ability to track competition moves, promotions, product highlights and make strategic as well as tactical moves
•    Up to date industry knowledge
•    Strong ability to collaborate across all teams
•    Understanding of email campaign segmentation and analytics
•    Extremely organized, detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy
•    High sense of urgency and ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects, people, and initiatives in a fast-paced environment
