Assistant HR Manager - F&B (Kuwaiti Nationals Only)

Job Summary:

To direct, supervise and co-ordinate generalist HR activities within the HR/F&B and support the market entry/expansion in all countries.


Jo Responsibilities:

  • Support and drive the day-to-day HR requirements as assigned.
  • Play an integral role in understanding and improving employee engagement, female diversity and localization initiatives.
  • Leading overseas and local recruitment campaign to ensure the manpower required is secured and selected as per the manpower plan.
  • Managing complex employee relations cases and providing appropriate solutions in line with the labor law and company policy.
  • Regularly meet with key stakeholders to ensure quality HR support is extended, and main HR related issues are identified and addressed/escalated.
  • Conducting/supporting the performance management processes and requirements.
  • Support with assessing the training needs and working closely with the training team to monitor training & development programs.
  • Support the annual talent review cycle and succession plans.


Candidate skills & qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7-10 years relevant HR generalist experience
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Strong public speaking skills
