Job Summary

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Instore Branding and Space Management Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role is critical in driving customer experience and visual excellence across all our store formats. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and managing instore branding strategies while optimizing retail spaces for maximum commercial impact and brand presence.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Planning, executing and managing all communication in stores (main campaigns, supplier campaigns, services, new offerings) across all branding locations within the stores.
  2. Develop and implement a monthly and quarterly store auditing for store elements and executions (Branding Material, store fixtures, supplier stands, active rentals, shopping stands, Baskets & Gondolas).
  3. Manage and Oversee baskets & gondolas execution in stores including assigning locations on planogram.
  4. Ensure all store maps are up to date and tracked regularly based on all branding requirements (Baskets, Gondolas, Supplier Stands & Endcaps, branding locations)
  5. Develop rental forecast based on budget with KPI's to meet targets.
  6. Planning New Stores and Renovation Stores and define rental opportunities and creative space solutions.
  7. Handling all supplier rentals (design, location, maintenance) in addition to coordinating between internal teams (retail, categories and suppliers) for implementation.
  8. Oversee the Planogram function for existing stores and categories with planning of rentals space in new stores and renovating stores.
  9. Oversee and manage the planogram functions including store updates, reports and trackers, new stores, scheduled visits and checklists on the floor ensuring reflected changes.
  10. Maintenance of all store requirements under branding and space management and ensure all jobs are carried out in efficient and cost effective manner.
  11. Working with various internal and 3rd party suppliers / vendors for production purposes (Banners, Branding, Fixtures, Stands, Maintenance).

Candidate Requirements

Technical/Functional (Knowledge / Skills):

  • Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Behavioral:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Good organizational and self-management skills under pressure
  • Proactive in taking initiatives and staying updated with the latest marketing and advertising trends
  • Ability to handle the relationship with internal teams, agencies, production suppliers and other third party suppliers
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field

Other

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing position preferably in retail marketing or electronics
  • Strong ability to present ideas, concepts and workflows in a clear and engaging manner
  • Should possess creative writing and content skills
  • Proficiency in design/visual tools (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite) is a plus
  • Experience in working with suppliers and managing branding material production

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
