Job Summary
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities, maximize profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Accountable for establishing sales plans to meet objectives, expand customer base satisfaction and be on top of competitive developments in the market.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop good relationships with existing and potential customers to meet sales targets and ensure consistent long term business.
- Pursue identified new business opportunities through regular contact with potential customers and close analysis of the market.
- Contribute to long term profitability of the business through innovation and aggressive sales activities.
- Review sales plans to ensure alignment with objectives of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Responsible for volume, value and contribution margin.
- Review pricing and look for opportunity to improve gross margin.
- Working with marketing team for advertising and consumer promotions.
- Keep track of competitor activities & developments in the market to initiate proactive actions using the market intelligence.
Candidate Requirements
- 5-7 years’ experience with multilingual (English/Arabic) ability
- Proven Sales Management experience in Automotive Spare Parts
- Demonstrated experience in managing sales budget in a competitive business environment
- Self-starter with initiative and drive
- Excellent Communication, Analytical & Negotiation skills
