Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Security Manager in handling the daily security activities. This requires coordinating with businesses and constantly following up on different issues related to security.
  • Assist Manager is setting up performance goals of the security team, review them on regular basis and provide effective feedback.
  • Assist security manager in utilizing security resources (manpower and other logistics) in a cost effective manner.
  • Assist security manager in developing security policies and procedures.
  • Assist in conducting security surveys, develop security plans and assess security requirement for different properties.
  • Assist security manager in conducting security audits, internal investigations and prepare high level reports, when necessary.
  • Assist security manager in recruiting and training security personnel.
  • Liaise with Local police and other law enforcement authorities in dealing with any security related issues.
  • Maintain excellent client relationship with our customers/businesses.
  • Assist security manager in preparing budget.
  • Replace security manager whenever needed.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum High School passed.
  • Must have excellent people skills (managerial/leadership skills to manage large team)
  • Must have minimum of 5 years in the field of security (preferably Army or Police background)
  • Must have good communication and inter-personnel skills
  • Must have the networking ability and maintain client relationship that benefits the department.
  • Computer literate (good with MS Office)
  • Must possess financial understanding of the security budget.
  • Must have the ability to resolve conflicts and work under pressure.
  • Have ability to train and coach large team.
