Associate Financial Analyst (Kuwaiti National)

Position : Associate Financial Analyst

Reporting to : Finance Manager, Facilities & Real Estate

Purpose: To provide analytical support to the Finance Manager of the business unit by preparing and providing required financial analysis. 

Basic Function and Scope of Job:  

• Conduct financial analyses as per business needs.
• Conduct effective and reliable project cost tracking
• Prepare reconciliations, payment runs, and PO documentation
• Review project tracking files and prepare updates
• Run data from SAP & other systems to update financial and operational reports
• Receiving payment information and documenting for Finance Manager approval
• Perform resource efficiency analysis.
• Carry out cost saving analysis and provide recommendations.
• Support in analyzing Advertising and Promotion and other key expenses.
• Update the BU’s Master Data File.

 Skills, Knowledge and Experience required: 

• Graduate Qualification in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Business Management
• 0-2 years related work experience
• Ability to work at high pace in a fast changing environment
• Good knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts.
• Demonstrated analytical ability.
• Fluency in English & Arabic; good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
