JOB SUMMARY:

 

Work on sales leads and develop new customers within Kuwait and globally. Work with other sales persons to develop business for the company. Manage operations of key account customers.
 


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Managing key accounts and providing customer services to clients by coordinating with operations teams.
  • Working with sales team to generate and develop more business opportunities by visiting potential clients and preparing the sales team for professional presentations to major industrials players in the region.
  • Communicate with individual clients and develop cost effective shipping modes catering to their requirements.
  • Conduct surveys for move of HHG to all over the world.
  • Rectifying any job related issues of the customer by involving customer services and operations team on ground root level.
  • Negotiating better work terms on case to case basis with international agents and service providers.
  • Developing new product of handling logistics of International Events (Automobile Launch, Jewelry and Fashion products launch, Sports Events) in the region.
  • Training the operations and sales team with technical knowledge and information regional rules & regulations of customs/borders.

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year University, ideally with major/concentrations in business/marketing, logistics and/or supply chain management, or equivalent degree.
