Job Summary

The Call Center Supervisor will be responsible to coach and lead a team of representatives that maintain company’s relationships through handling inbound and outbound telephone calls.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise team performance of scorecard goals
  • Planning and supervising workflow to ensure highest quality customer service and increase sales
  • Coaching and monitoring representative regularly and consistently as positive role model to provide timely feedback on their performance
  • Categorize call center workflow inbound and outbound calls
  • Inquiring for the documents to apply credit as potential sales customers and offering them the available promotions for company’s product and services
  • Telemarketing Alghanim easy credit for electronics and other programs for recapturing old customers, following up recent ones and customers who bought cars either new or old
  • Train call center agents on customer service, telephone skills and the category of their work

Candidate Requirements

  • 2-3 years related experience preferably in the local market
  • Good command of both English and Arabic

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce
