Job Summary

Responsible for looking after assets, individuals, or properties. They care for buildings and grounds of specific properties and usually live on the premises in order to provide better surveillance.

Job Responsibilities

• Control of keys
• Maintaining correct occupancy details and reporting back to Housing Supervisor
• Monitoring any damage and reporting back to Housing Supervisor
• Working with the cleaning team to ensure the buildings are cleaned effectively and they have the correct materials
• Finding repair work and reporting to Supervisor
• Undertaking minor repair works, such as electrical, plumbing, painting and small carpentry tasks
• Responsible for reporting to Security Team if any issues arise
• Assisting Housing Supervisor with ad hoc tasks when required

Candidate Requirements

• Able to work on own initiative
• Adaptable
• Some maintenance skills
• Good communication
• Assertive
• Arabic skills desirable, English a benefit
• Driving License would be desirable
• Flexibility of timings by demands of job
