Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

1.    Controlling petty cash float and managing petty cash disbursements – refilling P card as well
2.    Perform billing for retail, distribution and B2B channels and maintaining the collections
3.    Depositing the collection (cash) in bank and updating the system transaction accordingly
4.    Collecting cash salary from bank and disbursing to retail and Hamra new joiners
5.    Filing and archiving as per job requirements physically and in common folder as well
 

Candidate Requirements

•    Must have graduated in Accounting/Commerce 
•    A minimum of 3 years of related work experience
•    Good skills in mathematics and calculation
•    Knowledge of MS Office solutions (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•    Knowledge of SAP (Optional)
•    Good communication skills in English, (Arabic an advantage)– Verbal & Written
•    Must be reliable and dedicated and flexibility to work additional hours as business requirements dictate.
•    Process oriented.
