Job Summary

Counter Agent will report to the Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• To sale the maximum vehicles to achieve the target.
• Complete the rental agreements in all respects and submit to the main office.
• Meet customers according to appointments or schedules.
• Main inspection on company vehicles for insured quality, cleanliness and operational performance.
• Achieve exceptional customer service levels.
• Operate the cars in accordance to Kuwait’s law and regulations.
• Perform additional assignments as deemed necessary by the management.
• Provide customers with information about the car and give advice (if needed).
• Produce reports as directed by the management.

Candidate Requirements

• Good selling and convincing skills.
• Knowledge and hand on related software experience (KERRIDGE, PATH, SAP, etc.)
• Good verbal & written communication skills (Arabic & English)
• Computer literacy.
