PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Ameyo Telephonic System:
- Publish IVR(Outbound) in English and Arabic
- Daily Tracking of agents calls and productivity
- Customer feedback across communication tools (SMS, WhatsApp, mobile calls)
- Agents Call Evaluation:
- Monitor agents call to ensure calling scripts are followed
- Monitor Quality of the calls and call duration
- SMS,WhatsApp for Business & Direct Link Communication:
- Send SMS based on various campaign based on SMS Scripts through WhatsApp
- Track the SMS/WhatsApp effectiveness and cost
- Send Direct link to defaulting customer
- Tracking of Field Visits and effectiveness,Liasoning with External Agency
- Fresh Chats: Handling customer complaints, inquiries, and provide timely resolution of issues
- Skipper Flagging: Independent checking of skipper flagging from PACI and MOI website
- Review and give customer follow-up feedback to Supervisors
