Data Entry Operator

Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager-Inventory & information, the data entry operator performs SAP system transactions and assists in recording the KPI and movement of material in/out of the warehouse

Job Responsibilities

• Understand SAP transactions for inbound/outbound & internal Movements
• Accurately record all relevant details in SAP 
• Responsible for preparing all KPI and Management reports
• Work closely with operational team to close & clear pending transactions
• Communicate with the relevant teams and subsequent follow ups
• Understand Physical count process and support the team in updating and accurate stock keeping

Candidate Requirements

• Must have basic experience in warehouse operations and warehouse management systems
• Must be able to speak and write clearly in English (Arabic preferred)
• Able to work in stressful situations
• Must be flexible with work timings
• Expert in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills, details oriented, and the ability to work under pressure 
• Working experience in SAP application is desirable.
