Job Summary
This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media related efforts designed to increase ongoing E-commerce and brands knowledge, applying latest practice on brand relation with media world, as well as consumer acquisition and retention.
Long Description
Job Responsibilities
•Launch monthly plan for social media platforms in collaboration with divisions
•Build annual digital plan calendar identifying different occasions in the market
•Create, manage and report on social media content
•Interact with ecommerce customers in the marketplace opening new accounts and increase sales through new deals, division participation and products listing with monthly reporting
•Interact with consumers in real time on various social media platforms
•Manage social advertisement campaigns on Blog, LinkedIn, Twitter & Website, requiring consistent status updates to business leaders
•Partner with Social Media manager to consistently increase consumer loyalty and engagement in social media efforts
•Identify opportunity areas and conduct research in order to leverage social media activities and strategies
•Ensure social media platforms and channels are effectively aligned with the latest practices and overall business strategy
•Monitor trends in social media tools and applications, and apply that knowledge to the use of social media strategies within the business.
•Complete responsibility for the Digital Marketing activities, mobile app & website activities.
•Help the business leader identifying and capturing new online business opportunities
•May cross train to perform other duties
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent Arabic & English R/W skills
- Cultural awareness
- Portfolio of accounts managed
- Able to differentiate between social channels users behaviour
- Presentation, Reporting & Planning skills
