Job description:

  • Raise purchase orders that liaise with purchase request and follow procurement standard procedure.
  • Create/Amend vendors on system after getting assessment form approved by management.
  • Follow payment process with suppliers and accounting department to ensure all the payment documents (including invoices, delivery notes, PO…) are posted on system timely and hard copies are sent to accounting department for next steps.
  • Manage all the contracts, file contracts properly on Sharepoint and handover original copies to Accounting department.
  • Prepare and organize all purchasing documents carefully following Purchasing procedures.
  • Assist with both internal and external audits.
  • Support to collect and handover purchasing documents to other departments if requested.
  • Other procurement tasks as required by Purchasing Manager

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Fresher/ 1 year of experience at similar position.
  • Detail oriented/ Careful
  • Proactive
  • Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
  • Understanding to work in an enterprise
  • Microsoft Office Excel competent
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • English communication skills (B1)
