Job Summary

The Software Developer is responsible for providing on-site technical solutions and support for Sama X connectivity operations. The role includes building and maintaining the tools, scripts, and reports required to support a smooth quote-to-cash lifecycle, serving as the technical point of contact for rapid troubleshooting and continuous system enhancement.

Job Responsibilities

•    Custom Tooling & Scripting: Develop and maintain custom functions, widgets, and scripts (primarily in Deluge, Python, and JavaScript) to automate tasks.
•    Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain complex reports and real-time dashboards in Zoho Analytics to provide visibility into inventory, service status, and financial performance.
•    L2 Technical Troubleshooting: Provide second-level support for operational issues by identifying and fixing bugs in automation triggers, data syncs, and custom integrations.
•    Technical Implementation: Implement technical specifications provided by the BA/QA team, ensuring custom-built solutions are scalable and performant.
•    System Maintenance: Ensure the health of the Zoho ecosystem by managing API limits, data integrity, and cross-module connectivity.

Candidate Requirements

•    Experience: 6+ years in software development, with a focus on business process automation and operational excellence.
•    Architecture: Understanding of non-functional requirements (latency, throughput, and API rate limits).
•    Technical Stack: Proficiency in Zoho Deluge, Zoho Creator, and Python (especially back-end development and integrations).
•    Problem Solving: Ability to quickly prototype short-term fixes and build long-term tools to address operational bottlenecks.

Education
