Job Summary
The coordinator will be responsible for managing sales-related invoicing and ensuring smooth coordination with logistics for new charger orders. This role supports the Home Charging team by driving timely invoice processing through the Kerridge system and following up on order deliveries to meet operational needs.
Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and push invoices related to sales of home EV chargers promptly and accurately using the Kerridge system.
• Liaise closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure invoice accuracy and timely processing.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to follow up on new charger orders, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Track and update order statuses, communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, orders, and communications for auditing and reporting.
• Support the Home Charging team by facilitating smooth communication between sales, logistics, and finance departments.
• Assist with other administrative tasks related to charger sales and order fulfillment as required.
Candidate Requirements
Skills
• Experience working with invoicing, preferably Keridage or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
• Clear communication skills for working with teams.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Education
Bachelor’s/ Diploma degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics
