  • Supervise and guide the fleet sales team in achieving the targets by building strong client relationship.
  • Lead the team in exploring more clients in the market and maintaining the current portfolio.
  • Monitor the tender progress and update the status from issuing to the delivery stage.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options; establishing new business
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions demonstrating and presenting products
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Guiding the team in product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Ensures quality deliveries of all fleet sales
  • Ensure the dealership policies and procedures and adhere to it and update direct manager on the details.
