Job Summary:
The HR Analyst will be responsible for leveraging HR data to generate insights, support strategic decision-making, and enhance workforce planning. This role will also contribute to the implementation and optimization of HR analytics tools, ensuring accurate and meaningful reporting to drive business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic workforce planning and decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics, including:
- Workforce demographics and trends
- Employee turnover, retention, and engagement
- Compensation and benefits benchmarking
- Talent acquisition and recruitment analytics
- Performance management and productivity metrics
- Provide data-driven recommendations to HR leadership and business partners to optimize workforce strategies.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to ensure accurate data collection, validation, and reporting.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of HR analytics tools, HRIS platforms, and reporting frameworks.
- Assist in workforce planning, forecasting, and predictive analytics to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and confidentiality in all HR analytics processes.
- Present findings through visual reports, dashboards, and presentations to key stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with HR teams to interpret and apply data insights effectively.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or HR reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.(e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and HR analytics best practices is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to data confidentiality.
- Strong ability to work independently on unstructured assignments while delivering high-impact results.
- Fluency in English and adaptability to a multicultural, fast-paced work environment.
