Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain effective working relationships with the business and management teams while coordinating HR activities within the assigned area.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in employee relations, grievance, disciplinary, and workplace investigations.
- Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process for employees.
- Assist in the annual salary and bonus review process.
- Ensure job descriptions are accurate and updated to reflect business requirements.
- Support HR projects such as job leveling, salary structure reviews, and organizational initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with audit and compliance requirements.
- Monitor employee attendance and follow up on attendance-related matters.
- Support payroll coordination and employee compensation and benefits administration.
- Assist with employee training and development activities.
- Provide general HR administration support and ensure smooth HR operations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Candidate Requirements
Skills, knowledge & Experience required
• Previous experience and understanding in the areas of Talent Management, Performance Management, Salary Structures
• Bilingual
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in MS Office
• Should possess effective written & verbal communication skills
• Should be articulate and influential, with the ability to build close working relationships within a team environment
• Multi-cultural exposure within a diverse Organization
