Job Summary

HR Officer-onboarding role is to provide a seamless onboarding experience for newly hired employees ensuring timely execution and completion of an accurate workflow for each new employee. It includes managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and newly hired employees.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert and making recommendations on how to improve process efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with all processes and always maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • Perform all duties on the HR system as required and maintain records in satisfactory state.
  • Ensure that the Onboarding process is followed correctly in all cases, including using all the required documentation and forms.
  • Provide candidates with all the necessary information they need for a successful joining to Alghanim in a timely manner, including flight and accommodation details.
  • Ensure that the relevant stakeholders within the divisions/departments are fully briefed concerning new joiner details in a timely manner.
  • Liaise, arrange, and communicate constantly and regularly with government services, facilities, travel offices, recruitment agencies to ensure smooth onboarding journey.
  • Coordinate with concerned departments to make sure staffing invoices are successfully processed.

 

Candidate Requirements

  • 0 - 2 years HR experience gained within a professional HR team.
  • A bachelor’s degree from any discipline preferable HR
  • Strong attention to details with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, identify improvements, and make simple decisions independently.
  • Strong team player with a result driven approach and who can work with limited guidance.
  • Energetic, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong command of English language


•    Educated to university degree level, preferably from a business related program
