Job Summary

•    The Purpose of the role is to Assist Motor recovery Business to achieve corporate Objectives.
•    Assisting the Motor recovery from different sources (Individual – Legal- insurance companies).
•    Assist and contribute into the Motor recovery business growth in line with strategic objective of Enaya.
•    perform recovery Process & reduce the cost of external legal firms to Achieve profitability.
 

Job Responsibilities

•    Assist in preparing and processing insurance applications, renewals, and policy- Claims documentation & recoveries.
•    Maintain and organize files, records, and correspondence related to insurance policies and claims (recoveries).
•    Enter and update client information, policy - Claims details, and other relevant data into company systems and perform recovery process.
•    Review and verify the accuracy of data submitted by clients or brokers.
•    Generate reports and summaries for underwriting and claims teams.
•    Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing information about insurance products and services.
•    Assist clients with the completion of forms and applications (UW- Claims).
•    Follow up with clients and brokers to obtain missing or additional information.
•    Support senior staff in analyzing claims, policy renewals, and endorsements.
•    Assist in maintaining compliance records and audit trails.
•    Handling recovery process from different sources (Individual – Insurance companies – Legal).
•    Collecting Recovery Amounts from Individuals.
•    Preparing the recovery files before sending to legal firms.
•    Sending Common survey to insurance companies.
•    Claims registration of TPL claims received from insurance companies.
•    Calculating and maintain the recovery Outstanding.
•    Claims Settlements.

Candidate Requirements

-    Diploma degree preferred.  / High School                                                      
-     0 to 1 year.        

  • Bilingual Arabic/English                                                                                                
    -    Proficiency in using underwriting – claims software, Microsoft Office Suite.
    -    Effective communication and negotiation skills.
    -    Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
    -    Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
