Internship Overview

The CRM & Marketing Intern will support customer engagement activities, marketing campaigns, market research, and content preparation while gaining hands-on experience in insurance marketing and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support CRM and marketing campaign activities.
• Assist with customer communications and engagement initiatives.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Help prepare marketing materials, reports, and presentations.
• Track campaign performance and maintain records.
• Support the team in day-to-day marketing operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
