Internship Overview

The Onboarding Experience & Induction Intern will support the review and enhancement of the employee onboarding journey by assessing current processes, materials, and induction programs. The intern will assist in identifying improvement opportunities, researching best practices, and developing engaging onboarding content to enhance the new joiner experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the review and documentation of current onboarding processes and materials.
• Assist in mapping the new joiner journey from pre-boarding through probation.
• Conduct research on onboarding and induction best practices.
• Support the redesign and enhancement of Day 1 induction content and activities.
• Assist in creating onboarding content inventories, journey maps, and improvement recommendations.
• Gather and analyze stakeholder and new joiner feedback.
• Support HR projects related to onboarding, employee experience, and process improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or currently pursuing a relevant degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good research and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interest in HR, employee experience, and organizational development.
