Job Profile:

This role is responsible for providing executive secretarial and administrative support to Legal department in an efficient manner.

 

Job Description

  • Maintain general filing system and file all correspondence in its respective segregated files
  • Coordination with External Law firms
  • Maintaining calendars
  • Preparing legal liability letters by end of year.
  • Receiving court and other related documents
  • Sending case update to the Business Units
  • Coordinate with IT department for issuing new equipment/assets 
  • Responsible to handle /process petty cash payments for Legal department – Kuwait. Provide coordination support to KSA Legal & Finance team for required approvals as needed
  • Support Travel arrangement within litigation team
  • Facilitate HR, GS and other related activities (eg AMEX)
  • Ensure company phone fills are processed on time.
  • Ensure regular availability of stationary stock.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned by manager

Candidate Requirements

  • University degree graduate
  • 2-4 years experience working within a legal firm/department
  • Must be a native Arabic speaker, with very good command of English language.
  • Typing capabilities in both languages.
  • Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Has experience in transcribing dictation, translation of legal documents/court papers, contracts.
  • Highly organized, detailed oriented
  • Ability to multitask
