Job Summary

Jobholder is tasked to plan and execute the loading and storing of Finished goods and Raw materials and Material Issuance to Production 

Job Responsibilities

•    Coordinating with Shipping Supervisors and Warehouse Supervisors and ensuring the materials are stored in the yard as per SOP.

•    Ensuring the Finished Goods and Raw materials are Properly stored in the Yard as per FIFO and Safely

•    Ensuring Issuance of materials to production as per FIFO and SOP
 
•    Conduct daily toolbox meeting with the Team.

•    Manages the Yard Day to day activities and reports to Asst.Logistics Manager.

•    Conducting the Materials Inventory in coordination with Asst.Logistics Manager and Warehouse Supervisor

•    Plan and execute the daily Forklift and Trolley activities.

•    Ensuring the Receipts are received and recorded in the system as per SOP.

•    Monitor the Raw material Inventory level.

•    Leading Team development, training, and Appraisal activities for the Yard crew in coordination with Asst.Logistics Manager.

•    Planning and executing OPEX projects and 5S activities in the Yard in coordination with Asst.Logistics Manager. 

•    Ensuring the Utilization of Forklifts and cranes are properly used as per requirement.  

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge
4 to 5 years in relevant field    

Minimum Entry Qualifications
Diploma or Higher

Technical & non technical
•    Good command on languages - English, Arabic is preferable.
•    Knowledge in PEB Materials
•    SAP
