Loyalty Value Proposition & Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

Accountable for continuous monitoring and enhancement of program value proposition and rewards by ensuring the value proposition for the loyalty programs remains current and evolves to continuously meet customer needs; track and develop strategies to outperform/match local competition and global benchmarks. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Enhancement of program value proposition and rewards

  •  Ensure the value proposition for the loyalty programs remains current and evolves to continuously meet customer needs; track and develop strategies to outperform/match local competition and global benchmarks.
  •  In collaboration with BU marketing team, put customer insights at the forefront of proposition whilst maintaining a commercial balance to generate loyalty campaigns
  •  Work closely with CVM team; design loyalty specific campaigns and plan execution with CVM team.
  • Communicate and engage with BU marketing and operation teams to discuss rewards economics and participation to enhance the value proposition.
  • Constantly seek for new opportunities to enhance the value proposition of the loyalty program.

 

• Loyalty campaign development

  •  Provide CVM / Marketing team with insights and requirements for loyalty program campaigns Continuous monitoring of rewards economics; management of loyalty points earn & burn conversion rates.
  •  Actively analyze performance of current campaigns; report on member activity and engagement to identify opportunities to grow the loyalty program

 

Candidate Requirements:

  •  Previous experience in a loyalty marketing role desired ideally within F&B or retail sector.
  • Experience of marketing, customer relationship management
  •  Analytics orientation – able to interpret data to define direction, key drivers and objectives
  •  Creativity and Innovation – able to work with creative agencies and key stakeholders to effectively position the loyalty program and develop marketing materials
  • Preferred knowledge of Kuwait consumer segment characteristics, preferences and behavior

 

Education:

  • Degree qualified, ideally within a marketing or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
