IT Lead - Integration Solutions

Job Summary

The Integration Lead will report directly to the Head of Digital / IT Operations and will have overall responsibility for successfully delivering integration projects.

We are looking for an experienced Integration Lead to design, develop, and manage enterprise integration solutions using the Dell Boomi iPaaS platform and related technologies. This role also involves working with AWS Lambda functions, building custom connectors, and developing integrations using Java/Node.js, ensuring seamless connectivity across cloud and on-premises systems.

The Integration Lead will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, combined with a passion for technology and innovation.

This individual must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to manage multiple stakeholders, including business teams, IT teams, external vendors, and delivery partners. A keen interest in emerging technology trends and best practices is expected.

Job Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITES
    Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions using Dell Boomi Atmosphere 
    Develop and manage APIs, connectors, and process flows 
    Implement data mapping, transformation, and orchestration workflows 
    Manage Boomi Atoms/Molecules ensuring high availability and performance 
    Work on AWS Lambda functions and custom integrations using Java/Node.js 
    Ensure secure integration flows by configuring authentication and authorization (OAuth, API keys, certificates) 
    Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance 
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration strategies 
    Integrate with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem systems 
    Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices 
    Create technical documentation and provide post-deployment support 
    Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and DevOps practices for automated deployments
    Participate in an agile delivery process, and as part of that help size stories and own, research and recommend new solutions
    Focus on component reusability, data sharing and security while complying with Enterprise standards and processes
    Contribute to existing products/code base by making modifications as required
    Work with cross-functional teams to understand market requirements and to define the right solutions

Candidate Requirements

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering or comparable experience
• At least 8 years of experience in integration development with 3 years in a lead role
• Strong hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere and iPaaS architecture
• Expertise in integration patterns, error handling, and data transformation
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem systems
• Strong knowledge of APIs, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP
• Proficiency in Java and Node.js for custom integrations and AWS Lambda
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Should multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently.
• Very good communication and leadership skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

• Boomi Professional Developer Certification 
• Experience with other integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or SnapLogic
• Experience integrating with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce
• Knowledge of scripting and automation for custom integrations
• Exposure to serverless architecture and microservices
• Agile / Scrum experience
• Version control system (Git)
• Passion for coding and self-learning
• Experience with project management tools (Asana / Teamwork/JIRA /Confluence)
