Job Summary
Incumbent must have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in managing overall Human Resources and Industrial Relations function. Responsibility will include Overall management of Human Resources and Industrial Relations Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Payroll Management for In-house employees, Contractor’s employees and Representative Offices Employees
- Recruitment (both White and Blue Collars)
- Management of Industrial Relations with Government Authorities in Vietnam and for Regional Representative Offices
- Managing Annual Appraisal Cycle
- Conducting Training Programs
- Liaising with Corporate HR
- Development of Contractors to Provide Seasonal Labor
- Office and Factory Facilities Management
- Admin Responsibilities
- Management of other activities incidental activities relating to Human Resources
Candidate Requirements
Qualification :
Minimum University degree
Competencies Required:
Knowledge of Local Labor Laws and Regulations
Proficient in English and Vietnamese
Good communication skills
