Job Summary

Incumbent must have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in managing overall Human Resources and Industrial Relations function. Responsibility will include Overall management of Human Resources and Industrial Relations Department.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Payroll Management for In-house employees, Contractor’s employees and Representative Offices Employees 
  • Recruitment (both White and Blue Collars) 
  • Management of Industrial Relations with Government Authorities in Vietnam and for Regional Representative Offices 
  • Managing Annual Appraisal Cycle 
  • Conducting Training Programs 
  • Liaising with Corporate HR 
  • Development of Contractors to Provide Seasonal Labor 
  • Office and Factory Facilities Management 
  • Admin Responsibilities 
  •  Management of other activities incidental activities relating to Human Resources 

Candidate Requirements

Qualification : 
Minimum University degree  

Competencies Required:
Knowledge of Local Labor Laws and Regulations 
Proficient in English and Vietnamese 
Good communication skills
