Manager - Strategy & Operational Planning

Job Purpose:

Oversee the product planning and ordering operations, & work with all business functions in developing operational plans.

Job Responsibility

To work with sales management to forecast the monthly order requirements of each carline

• To define and regularly update ordering parameters for each carline based on type, engine size, color, specifications, etc.
• To regularly track the status of orders and inventory
• Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports 
• To regularly liaise with the Principal and ordering team to have product updates and disseminate this information to all concerned
• Conduct market research and analyses to provide reports related to business development to support top management in decision-making related to business growth.
• Contribute towards the development and reshaping of the business strategy and planning, considering and evaluating the internal and external environment to develop the long-term business objectives following Alghanim group’s vision.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in related activity with a reputed brand/company
• Bachelors Degree
