Job Summary

Providing administrative and clerical support on highly skilled basis and supporting the licensing procedures paper work flow through working on a one– to– one basis with the Senior Supervisor to provide professional governmental documentation support and perform other related duties as required.

Job Responsibilities

•Assisting in devising and maintaining office systems, including data managements and filling.
•Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
•Providing all the requirements paper & documents and fill the applications for Business Licensing & Support staff which requested from the ministries.
•Assisting in liaising with Business Licensing & Support staff and BU’s.
•Registering and renewing the certificates CTC, CAIT and CITRA Kuwait.
•Providing all the updated documents that requested from ES Department. 
•Providing all the requested documents that requested from the BU’s.
•Printing out all the Annual authorization signatures for the company’s.

Candidate Requirements

•Have a very good command in English / Arabic (Speaking, Writing and Reading).
•3-5 Years of Work Experience in a range of licenses issuance & renewal processes.
•Computer Skills and MS office proficiency.
•Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
