Job Summary

Candidate will be responsible for an automotive Vehicle order guides, Order Work Bench, prepare the specs summary, and communicate with suppliers in regard to orders and logistical issues. Follow to make sure that the vehicle order guides and synchronized with order placement platform. Make sure all orders are placed within the deadline.  Candidate need to oversee the costing & claiming process and support the pricing and spec efforts for retail, fleet & tenders.

Job Responsibilities

•Adheres to all processes and procedures set forward by the Ordering Department.
•Break down the vehicle order guides into simple excel summaries for the different trim levels for all models
•Communicates with manufacture to resolve system issues and make sure all orders are placed within the set guidelines.
•Keep track of orders and make sure they are build and shipped in the agreed timelines with manufacturer.
•Performs all the required research on new products that are due to be launched.
•Keep track of the ordered variants/colors and take corrective action on the slow moving ones.
•Conducts product orientation and training to the Ordering  Officer
•VOG- Vehicle order guide analysis, VOG Summary, PEG Summary, Email to Management regarding the same.
•Recommendation for ordering configuration  / colors and presentation to management 
•Managing the OWN portal and order configuration and placement
•Creation of Kerridge Franchise data, including new model, variants, colors etc…
•Specs preparation and distribution to all concerned that includes Word docs specs and Excel docs specs
•Ordering survey, to ensure that all ordered vehicle are exactly same as ordered configurations.
•Place Special orders with high levels of accuracy
•Provide product related & ordering related information to Fleet, Marketing, Social Media etc..
•Execute claims & support process with GM 
 

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration, or Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
• Fluent in English, verbally as well as written communication. Arabic will be a plus.
• Familiarity with the Automotive new car business
• Mature, Dependable, responsible, and self-starter 
• Problem solving capabilities
