Job Summary
The new role will significantly support timely vehicle ordering, accurate sales data submission, and streamlined reporting for management decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to consolidate monthly and quarterly vehicle forecasts.
- Prepare and submit detailed vehicle specification files to internal teams.
- Track and monitor vehicle orders from placement to arrival.
- Coordinate with logistics and clearance teams for timely delivery and registration.
- Ensure all ordered vehicles comply with agreed specifications.
- Maintain and update daily sales records of new vehicles.
- Submit sold units to the dealership management system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and distribute daily stock reports to management.
- Reconcile sales reports with physical stock and dealer inventory systems.
- Follow up with suppliers and clearance agents for pending documentation or shipment issues.
- Maintain records of all vehicle orders, invoices, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with the marketing and finance teams for promotional stock and pricing details.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
- Participate in regular inventory checks and assist during audits.
- Suggest improvements to streamline ordering and reporting workflows.
- Support the implementation of new systems or tools for better efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in automotive ordering, logistics, or sales operations preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP/Dealer Management Systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
