Job Summary

The job purpose of Program Coordinator is to undertake a variety of day-to-day tasks related to INJAZ programs to meet target. The goal is to ensure that the program is carried out in schools & Universities according to INJAZ Kuwait guidelines with accuracy and efficiency

Job Responsibilities

Injaz Program implementation

  • Plan & organize programs delivery in class or online to achieve students target assigned.
  • Prepare needed arrangements before the program (prepare kits, deliver to volunteer, all forms needed).
  • Ensure time management and quality of the program In the session
  • Monitor program supplies inventory and place orders
  • Organize program supplies in the store
  • Manage, organize and update relevant data, maintain a proper filing system(Master File)  

 

Coordinate with other departments

  • Coordinate day to day with volunteers by conducting correspondences, calls and confirm attendance.
  • Maintain good relation with Schools & universities (sign MoU, scheduling,…).
  • Coordinate with the marketing department on all programs sessions/workshop for communication.
  • Support other teams with various tasks

Other Responsibilities 

  • Report all progress to line manager on a regular basis
  • Perform other responsibilities & tasks as required from line manager

  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
  • The ability to present in public & in class and communicate in both Arabic & English.
  • Team Player and proactive.
  • Excellent skills in MS applications
  • Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience.
  • University degree
  • Have a driving license and a car.
