Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of project management processes and tools within an organization.
- Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams.
- Involved in project planning, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- May contribute to the development and improvement of project management tools and systems.

Monitor project related process to identify potential quality issues & Provide solutions.

Document & maintain records of quality issues & resolutions.

Design and implement quality control processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Candidate Requirements
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is essential.
• knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and risk management is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Leadership abilities, including the ability to influence and motivate others, are also important.
• must be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil/Architecture)
Project Management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
