  • Position Overview

  • Visit customer onsite (within an agreed time-frame) to assess complaint raised
  • Provide feedback / recommendations in QC report to assist in closing the complaint as quickly as possible to the customers’ satisfaction.


  • Essential Job Roles:

  • To act in a professional manner when visiting the customer.
  • To provide a professional QC report along with recommendations.
  • Where possible, to fix the problem on-site thus reducing the complaint lead time.
  • Customer visit & report to be completed within 48hrs of receipt of complaint.


  • Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required

  • Fluent English / Arabic.
  • Driving License required.
  • Experience of handling / installing Sanitary & Furniture Products 
  • Communicate effectively with customer / office staff.
