HR Officer - Recruitment & Onboarding (Kuwaiti Nationals only)

Job Summary:
Day to day HR generalist activities, maintaining a pro-active HR service ensuring HR processes are followed with a great focus on Recruitment and selection, On-boarding, and Off-boarding.

Job Responsibilities:
•    Takes charge of full recruitment & On-boarding process; ensures delivery of quality hires
•    Responsible for screening candidates and completing the hiring process due diligence.
•    Responsible for efficient onboarding and off-boarding process on the HR system.
•    Sources, screens, and interviews employees in entry and associate level roles.
•    Responsible for the administration of recruitment documents and hiring actions.
•    Works with Business Admins to ensure leave schedules are maintained and adhered to.
•    Creates standard reports on HR metrics on a monthly/quarterly basis
•    Maintains employee master data on Talent Hub
•    Works closely with the business heads/Line Managers in monitoring performance of staff and ensures development plan in place
•    Support succession planning, organizational movements, and career planning
•    Maintaining, reporting, and analyzing HR data
•    Play a leading role in employee engagement, female diversity, and Kuwaitization initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:
•    Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field.
•    2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
•    Very strong verbal & written communication skills
•    Team player
•    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Good command of the English Language, the Arabic language is a plus.
