Role Name: Sales Executive - Packing & Removals.

Job Summary:

The Packing and Removal Department Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by leading sales efforts for packing, removal, and relocation services. This position involves strategic planning, managing high-value client accounts, and overseeing the entire sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and business expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Planning:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the packing and removal department.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals and create action plans to achieve them.

High-Value Client Acquisition and Management:

  • Identify, approach, and secure high-value clients, including corporate accounts and large-scale relocations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Provide personalized service to high-profile clients, ensuring their specific needs are met with tailored solutions.

Sales Process Oversight:

  • Lead the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Conduct site visits or virtual consultations to assess complex client needs and propose comprehensive service solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients, balancing profitability with client satisfaction.

Working Conditions:

  • The role may require frequent travel to meet with clients, conduct site visits, and attend industry events.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be needed to accommodate client schedules, deadlines, and time zones.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years Sales experience with in-depth knowledge of Freight Forwarding / Logistics, Relocation and Project Logistics.
  • Applicant should possess positive, pro-active attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written English. Spoken Arabic is preferred.
  • Good understanding on market trend and demand.
  • Proven track record in a high technology, high growth environment
  • Strong work ethic, self – starter, driven to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Should have a valid Kuwait driving license

Education:

Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree.
