Job Summary
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will cover and develop a defined sales territory in order to achieve and exceed the company’s set targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets /objectives for automotive group.
- Collaborate with sales manager and office specialists /managers on development and execution of account strategies
- Oversee customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Identify large customers and work in the foreground, determining the best solution, proposals, while ensuring customer concurrence throughout the entire process
- Perform daily sales activities: Government sales, demonstrations, proposal creation/presentation, input and maintain prospect activity into sales cycle tracking processes
- Develop a learning plan within sales e-Learning program
Candidate Requirements
- 2 to 3 years direct sales experience in B2B environment selling capital products
- Executive presence, ability to convince and influence key decision makers
- Well developed account management and business development skills
- Self motivation, commercial drive, business acumen
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Understanding of Kuwaiti 'business landscape' - large enterprises, multinationals, key conglomerates, banks, telecommunication companies, retailers, engineering, oil & gas etc.
- Excellent knowledge of English language (Arabic language in an advantage)
- Excellent PC skills and use of business related software packages
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license is a must
- Ability to take direction.
