Job Summary

Jobs at this level are responsible for location & staff administration, inventory management, and customers handling with accountability for staff supervision (indirectly in some cases) ensuring prescribed targets are met.

Job Responsibilities

  • 7 years supervisory experience, 2 of which in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven supervisory skills & experience in assisting in the management of location staff.
  • High market and product awareness.
  • Proven selling, negotiating, convincing and problem solving skills.
  • High level of people management and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of customer focus.
  • Good level of verbal & written communication skills (Arabic & English)
  • High level of systematic thinking & organisation.
  • Relevant computer literacy (Microsoft office and relevant business software e.g. ORACLE SSHR, SAP).

Candidate Requirements

  • Supervises and assists staff in achieving locations sales and customer focus targets.
  • Develops and motivates staff, in addition to providing training on systems and procedures.
  • Coordinates with relevant functions for planning training to sales staff.
  • Assists in the resolution of customer complaints and queries.
  • Ensures accuracy of and adherence to policies and procedures governing store operations, sales administration, pricing, reporting, etc…
  • Assists in day-to-day location sales and follow up.
  • Organizes with related departments the periodical showrooms stock counts.
  • Monitors and reports on Sales Extended Warranty … etc.
  • Prepares bonus calculations and related reports.
  • Assists with customers service and follows up on resolution of complaints.
  • Follows up and reports on the impact of special campaigns.
  • Conducts unscheduled daily visits to locations to ensure the adherence to all Policies and Procedures.
  • Creates an excellent communication network between locations.
  • Monitors and evaluates staff performance.
  • Coordinates and updates daily staff movements, leaves and attendance, … etc.
  • Consolidates and administers all showroom leave and overtime matters relating to retail staff via Oracle Self Service HR software system.
  • Meets and assists new recruits with initial accommodation, transportation and residency formalities.
