Job Summary

Customs regulation requirement for realtime data.  This position shall be responcsible for maintaining and updating the data of loading shipments in real time

Job Responsibilities

1.    Receiving and checking finished goods from Production/ Subcontractors/ Warehouse.
2.    Maintaining receiving data reports.
3.    Update each loading report once finished loading process.
4.    Check detail loading report versus BOM on each job.
5.    Make sure the goods received are correct in quantity and quality.
6.    Ensure the Loading reports are correct with the actual loading in containers/trailers/trucks.

Candidate Requirements

1.    Work with team efficiently
2.    High focus on the job.
3.    Computer skills. Proficiency in excel.
4.    Able to speak and understand English
