 JOB SUMMARY

(Brief about the existence of the position)

Incumbent should have minimum 6-10 years of experience in Quality Control and assurance at Project sites experience with third party contractors. He should be well versed with Quality parameters pertaining to Site Erection & Specifications preferably from a PEB industry.

 KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 (Primary duties)

• Candidate should be well versed with QA systems & procedures in Project sites.
• Check & Inspect the product quality is within the parameters or not of fabricated items produced and sent to site.
• Responsible for Quality Audit of the Erection sites in the region
• Corrective & Preventive action of the quality issues and report to manufacturing for rectifications.
• Effectively troubleshoot quality issues at the Erection stage at Site and able to give training to the engineers at site.
• Incumbent should be willing to travel extensively.

 ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  (Apart  from regular activities )

• Should be able to troubleshoot concerns of internal customers with respect to QA issues.
• Improve the Customer satisfaction levels at project sites pertaining to Quality of Erection & Construction.

1. Working knowledge of ASTM,AWS,ASME, API Standards
2. NDT Certification on PT, UT, MPI, RT
3. Well versed with the QMS systems as per ISO.
4. Well versed with MS Office.
5. Willing to work at Project sites & travel extensively.

 EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY: :  6-10 years of experience in Quality Control and assurance  at project sites with prior experience in third party inspection at sites  or fabrication industries PEB / Structural Steel  shop-floor Quality Control
